Although both locations where very good I am disappointed that the original site I selected which was near the location of the pickup I was sent to a location 30 miles away which caused the additional mile and subsequently I got charged an extra amount for exceeding the defined miles between the two locations.

John GI used online service to reserve a 26' truck, in Burlington WA. After going through the reservation process it confirmed I was picking up the u-haul truck in Burlington WA. The day before pickup, I received an email stating I would pick the uhaul up in Stanwood as well as return it to the Stanwood location. That's inconvenient because the place in Burlington was just a few minutes from were I was moving from. Having to drive 15 miles to Stanwood and back after the move was complete, and that added extra miles which added more cost. It all worked out, but the online check in process is a bit ridiculous. I don't understand why it makes you enter all your information at the time you're online renting the truck. Then you repeat the entire process when you arrive at pickup and it is lengthy and imo unnecessary. It made an already stressful situation even more stressful. Another thing that was unusual was the truck only had 3/4 of a tank of gas at pickup. I didn't take a picture of the gas gage which I regret because we did return the truck with a full tank of gas, which again was added cost to us. All in all it worked, but I feel we got taken. I also want to add the the moving helpers from Stellar Moving were absolutely fantastic. They were considerate and respectful of furnishings. They went above and beyond setting items exactly where we wanted. They were definitely well worth what we paid to have that help.
