Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe notice to add and sign into the app was sent after I picked up the vehicle. Tried to do as an instructed and then gave up as it eventually expired. Fortunately, that did not interfere with my picking up the truck, getting the moved done, and returning the truck. The people at the rental desk were incredibly great. So helpful.

Paula LRead and record the fill level of fuel properly. Initially it was recorded as 3/8 full but was actually 1/8 full. If I hadn't photoed the mileage and gas level before leaving, I would have been liable for the 3/8 level. It was agreed to the 1/8 level and I returned it with more fuel than when I left. The final billing does again, show the 3/8 level for the next customer. Is this always the case to overcharge customers for fuel?
