Picking up here was fine, except this was the 3rd location we had to go to get item. Wanted pick-up in Auburn, was called the next day and told none of the six locations in Auburn, AL had the Tow Dolly... told to pick it up about a half-hour north of Auburn in Valley, AL... when arrived at the noon pick-up time, the location was closed. No one could get in touch with them, not even U-Haul support, who then said the next closest place to get the tow dolly was almost an hour south of this location. Gilmore in Tuskegee was great... just very out of our way.

Rashi KI was scheduled to pick up my trailer at 1301 Opelika Rd, Auburn Alabama which was 0.5 miles from my move. The night before my pick up I was notified that there was no trailer available at 1301 Opelika Rd and that I would need to drive 30 mile to Tuskegee Alabama for my trailer. This not only added more than an hour to my move, the trailer was located at a junk yard/body shop wher the very nice man running the shop had poor internet connection and seemed to have never rented a trailer before as he had to call someone to walk him through the process. I then had to re-provide all the information about my towing vehicle, payment method, and destination. Customer service representative couldn't have been lees interested or helpful when I called to ask why there was no trailer on Opelika Rd and just said " read the fine print". All in all a one-star experience
Reid Fi appreciate the after hours drop off, but was told on 4/28 i had been checked in and as of 4/30 i was showing up as active/overdue in uhaul's system. regional manager had to intervene to resolve apparently.
JOHN SProvide knowledgeable customer service, the correct U-Haul truck size that was requested, accurate paperwork, and move Jethro off your lot! Across the board, a poor rating.
