I was scheduled to pick up my trailer at 1301 Opelika Rd, Auburn Alabama which was 0,5 miles from my move. The night before my pick up I was notified that there was no trailer available at 1301 Opelika Rd and that I would need to drive 30 mile to Tuskegee Alabama for my trailer. This not only added more than an hour to my move, the trailer was located at a junk yard/body shop wher the very nice man running the shop had poor internet connection and seemed to have never rented a trailer before as he had to call someone to walk him through the process. I then had to re-provide all the information about my towing vehicle, payment method, and destination. Customer service representative couldn't have been lees interested or helpful when I called to ask why there was no trailer on Opelika Rd and just said " read the fine print". All in all a one-star experience

i appreciate the after hours drop off, but was told on 4/28 i had been checked in and as of 4/30 i was showing up as active/overdue in uhaul's system. regional manager had to intervene to resolve apparently.
JOHN SProvide knowledgeable customer service, the correct U-Haul truck size that was requested, accurate paperwork, and move Jethro off your lot! Across the board, a poor rating.
