Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisProfessional, polite, ready for us when we walked in. Only complaint was the navigation put us one road away from the actual pickup location.
John SVery pleasant folks helped checked out the trailer
John SThe person who hooked up the trailer had no idea what she was doing. The trailer was not secured To the ball and as soon as we stepped in the trailer it flipped up. We called her to tell her and she blamed us. It’s the representatives responsibility to ensure everything is done correct. This lady was incompetent and no one should ever use her. Very dangerous to not hook a trailer properly
Tonja VConvenient location. They helped me back up trailer to drop off. Excellent service.
