They failed to check in the trailer when I dropped it off. They stated that the trailer was dropped off a day later. We had dropped it off a day earlier. They only checked it in when U-Haul contacted them. Never interacted with them.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe had several drivers so they needed to be on the document and the people at the pickup center were very clear about why we needed to have them on the rental agreement and what all needed to be done. They made it easy. They also made sure we had the right hookup on our pickup. We didn't, so needed to secure the right equipment. When this was accomplished they made sure everything was hooked up properly before we left. A wonderful experience.
Mary AYou guys make it so easy! Only thing that could have helped was ability to purchase last minute supplies. Like a TV box. Thanks!!!
Susan BRahimi is, and has for a very long time been my go-to location for U-haul rentals.
