I scheduled an appointment moving date 5/21 for a 10 x 20 parking spot. Unfortunately your website has false advertisement. You should remove that because it says you are allowed to park RV and much more including trucks which I was not allowed in a 10 x 20 spot, clearly been a customer for a little over two years with a storage unit here unfortunately I did not like how I was treated.

Christine R |  Expérience générale I rented a unit in this facility South 4 street I wouldn’t recommend this facility to nobody honestly might as well sale your stuff or go somewhere else, I had to throw away my mattress set, there was a leakage comin in from the roof wet my entire mattress causing brown ugly stains also there was rat poop all over my stuff even my boxes were taped and rats got in it, the lady at the front desk was rude very unprofessional, There were dirt bikes riding all around the gated facility just went in there and they weren’t supposed to be there and the lady didn’t even call the cops. Don’t come here or your stuff will rot or get mice very bad experience for me
