Toni S | First Impressionsoffice employees often missing. sign would say open but no one there. i was often forced just to slip my payment under the door during normal office hours because office people were not there. they installed a security gate with pass code without telling me. so i could not access my unit for almost 2 weeks. every time i went to the office to get my pass code there was no one there. this was always during office hours. after the gate was installed they increased my bill amount without warning. while i was in the process of moving my storage out and i was NOT behind in any payments they locked my unit without my permission making it impossible to finish emptying the unit out. almost impossible to see a person at the office

tonya v | First ImpressionsI rented my unit and was told the unit has a lock in it I get there and It has no lock then I call for help and never end up getting any was told from the people I called was to have a nice weekend and they hang up after waiting 29 minutes to speak to them. Called plenty of times and got the same wait for the same reaction.
