I'm very appreciative of how Becky manages Crossland! Though she may come across as a bit stringent at times, that's a good thing! She keeps a protective & watchful eye on the property and doesn't let just anybody in, thus, keeping all renters' possessions safe & sound. I was so appreciative of her letting me know when my sis left our rental improperly locked and, therefore, open to vandalism. Oy veh! Becky didn't wait. She called me and let me know that she would take off the entire locking mechanism and install another one with a properly oriented lock, as long as I would bring the keys to the previous one and, then, switch everything out appropriately. So, I don't care what anyone says. She gives STELLAR customer service!!! If she hadn't taken care of this, I would have had to drive 20 hours to take care of it. Thank you so much, Becky!!! U-Haul needs to give you and your associates a raise!

Crossland got me into a storage unit immediately, saving me thousands in holding/storage fees from the moving company. And the staff at Crossland were so friendly, professional and courteous. I absolutely recommend them and will use them for any future storage needs.
