Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisClay center storage is a great place to store your extra items or during a move they offered us an affordable decent size storage container and it was in good shape and secure. I highly recommend them for any situation!
Suzy B | RéservationThe staff was very professional and helpful when we had questions regarding the size of unit we might need, helping us set up automatic payment and anything in between. Everyone was courteous, the facility was well maintained and even when we were emptying our unit out, we were thanked for using the storage unit. I very much like the group there and will use them again in the future if the need arises.
Stephen E | Expérience généraleThe staff are amazing, can’t say enough about their pleasant attitudes and willingness to answer any questions. We had a huge snowstorm come through and I couldn’t open the door. One of the guys in the shop didn’t hesitate to walk out in the cold to help me. Thank you for the stress free experience!
Bridget C | Expérience généraleGreat, clean storage space, adequate lighting at night and helpful staff.
John K | Expérience généraleDirt blowing into the units and mice were an issue. Some of belongs had to be thrown out due to mice.
Craig A | Expérience généraleGreat location. Easy access. Very helpful
Brad M | Expérience généraleThe only issue I had was the unit had copious amounts of dust fine dust from the farming going on around the complex .besides that the unit was reasonably priced and the office help was extremely good
Timothy B | Expérience généraleA heavy layer of dust/dirt covered the contents of the unit after only a week.
Thomas J | Expérience généraleThey have a mouse problem our packing blankets got chewed on thank goodness our 6,000.00 pool table didn’t get damaged. Otherwise good experience.
DEBORAH S | Expérience généraleClay Center Self Storage is the best Storage Units we have ever used, the owners are awesome and great to deal with! Best storage in clay center!
SHANE C | Expérience généraleUnit was clean and just the right size. It was easy to access also.
Privacy R | Premières impressionsGood clean storage area. Helpful and pleasant staff
Privacy R | Premières impressionsnew, clean, easy to move into, draining systems should prevent water damage in the units
Privacy R | Premières impressionsDid not participate in the free month of storage and this caused confusion. Not really the fault of the operator, had more to do with the main web site offering and not being accurate with its claim.
Privacy R | Premières impressionsI chose not to use this facility. It was too far away from where I was located and needed. They were very easy to work with over the phone and I appreciated the service they did provide.
Privacy R | Premières impressionsHelpful, friendly, overall great experience.
Privacy R | Premières impressionsI reserved the room, and the manager e-mailed me back in perfect timing to assure me that the room was available. The price was too high, but there was good customer service.
