Asst. mgr was too rude when truck was returned. I drove 5 miles total and was told I owed $13.50 for gas use. When I questioned it. the asst. mgr was called out and treated me like I was just a bother to him. The rest of the staff was great but Mr. Unfriendly ruined the experience. I’ll be moving my stored property as soon as possible.

TONY a | Overall ExperienceThe various keypads to use are difficult to understand which is which. Since I did this entirely online I struggled to understand which pad was check-in vs 24 hour access. I set off the alarm twice doing so and frustrated the guy behind the desk despite having no desire to do so, and being generally competent at complex systems. A clear, front and center description of the location and appearance of each keypad to use would be very helpful! Otherwise I've very much enjoyed the storage experience and find the facilities to be exceptionally immaculate.

JORGE F | First ImpressionsFor the second time using U-Haul I called and waited and waited and waited and waited and after 32 minutes I drove up there and there was two people behind the counter and when I walked in still holding my phone still on hold the lady laughed and she said oh that must be you on the whole they're both just standing there talking and she said oh we're just changing shifts I call b******* other than that everything was wonderful everything was nice and clean it was all well lit the people at the counter were very nice but I had to get in my car and drive to the unit because they wouldn't pick up the phone while I was on hold and that's just actually the second time that that's happened I actually was going to go someplace else but my sister went down there and rented that for me real quick cuz I needed it just really in a big hurry so I went ahead and did it but I know I have moved all my stuff out because I got a bigger unit a 5x10 for only $60 a month also in a wonderful secured place
