Only complaint I have is that the stuff falls from the ceiling onto your things

JADA L | Overall ExperienceThe only problem I can find is too many humps to drive over. It makes it difficult not dumping everything in truck & damage to your furniture 🫣That is a real issue when driving down or backing down to your unit.
Brenda C | Overall ExperienceEarly on, there was a leak on the 10x20 space which damaged various items and fine art. You did address it. A lot of the blown insulation came Loose from the ceiling onto the contents and I addressed that. I will say that the management (Angela)’was always helpful and professional.
DAVID N | Overall ExperienceMy furniture, pictures, clothes and wood table all rotted out due to 2 holes in the ceiling of the unit that allowed water and any outside substance to enter my unit full of my personal belongings. The padding that was on the ceiling over time crumbled down to my things and left stains. When contact customer support o was told I would not be compensated because I did not add protection on my unit-that was suppose to be protected anyway! Mold and mildew grew from the wet things and ruined many furniture. On top of that I received a bill of $80.00 because I thru the rotted and mildew things out in THEIR trash! Can you believe that! Great customer experience huh, never again I rather pay a lot of money else where that is more secure than do Uhaul again.

MICHAEL S | Online Move InA few of my spouse’s shoes were stolen and we were unaware of it until we moved our things out but nothing we couldn’t afford to lose. U-Haul should probably get better secured locks for the storages.
shanequa j | Overall ExperienceNo, I really was but fair and satisfied with the service I lost my stuff I’m trying to figure out what building I had somebody had to help me get my storage in there and nobody was helpful to show me which one was the storage and it was auctioned off and I only got informed right before but I lost all my stuff I can never get back especially my dead best friends stuff
