Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYou’ve raised the price I believe two times in the same year. As soon as I have help I will be moving locations.
NANCY H | Premières impressionsHard to get ahold of staff even during normal business hours. Also had 3 price increases in less than 3 years.
DALTON H | Expérience généraleI'm not sure where you discussed it any length when your price lock but I am officially applying for it now. As you were unmercially aggressive on my prior rental of storage
TERRY D | Premières impressionsThe Durant U-Haul storage facilities are hands down one of the best storages to rent. Their locations are convenient, the storage units are always clean along with the facilities. The ladies that work there are friendly. I've never had a bad experience with them if anything they've went above and beyond to help me with my car battery died they came and gave me a jump I would refer any of my family and friends to go here. Not to mention the prices are always budget friendly.
Dannielle C | Expérience généraleMy move-in was simple and easy, the office hours and Storage hours are very convenient. And the staff went above and beyond anytime I needed help I would most definitely recommend to friends and family anyone that needs a storage this is the place to go!
Dannielle C | Expérience généraleMelissa & Janiece were always so helpful and awesome! I ran into financial difficulties and they were so helpful and worked with me on payments. Thank you ladies for always being kind, understanding, and helpful.
VERA C | Expérience généraleI do believe your pricing is a little high. It seems like it just continuously goes up every year.
JACK V | Premières impressionsHands down the best uhaul experience i have had the manager of the location went above and beyond to help me and got me exactly what I needed I wouldn't recommend anyone to go anywhere else for storage
Alexander F | Premières impressionsGreat staff, very polite ,helpful and professional
myron T | Déménagement en ligneWe had just moved here from Califirnia, they were very helpful and covered all our needs. If I were to need a storage place this is where I would come. Thank you all.
MITCHELL L | Expérience généraleGood service
HASKELL T | Premières impressionsThe cost for the unit I had increased $28.95 in less than two years. I also rented a 10' truck, the advertised cost associated was approximately $20.00. After insurance, gas and rental it was over $110.00. I found the $1.19 per mile was not comparable to other rental companies. I will use another company moving forward.
CASHENA T | Expérience généraleI was able to get what I needed and gave time to get things out and cleaned up. I appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you so much.
