Tina W | Overall ExperienceMy trailer was stored here and I foolishly assumed that it was a secure facility but the trailer was broken into and I lost over 8k in items. There was not even a security camera on the row that my trailer was parked in, we had no footage of the incident. At the same time, there was little to no information collected on the person who "rented" a unit in order to get a gate code and come in to steal my items. They came in after hours and called staff to get out after loading up my stuff and were just let out with no questioning.
