Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNorma was fantastic. She called after I chose the facility to verify that I needed the until. When we arrived she was extra helpful. She offered to take me in the golf cart because of my handicap. After viewing the original unit She showed me a climate controlled unit. It was much better than the one I had chosen. When I went to sign the contract she informed me that the new unit had a 3 month half price special. She also explained the process of entering the facility. When we were finished she offered to take the uhaul and call the other place I was going to drop it off at. She went above and beyond to male sure I was satisfied with my rental.
