Very reliable and helpful staff. Kyle and his staff were very helpful to us as we were faced with the challenges of emptying my mother’s home in a short time frame. Trucks, storage units, and trailers were always available when we needed them.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery organized and clean facility. Been to other u-haul facilities and this is by far the cleanest one i’ve seen! Super friendly staff as well!
REGANNE E | Premières impressionsThank you. The U-haul storage experience was very helpful and met our needs and expectations. Clean & secure facility made it a pleasant way to satisfy a requirement.
omar h | Expérience généraleThe Gettysburg PA location is phenomenal. Those people deserve recognition. Thank you for your time.
AMY B | Expérience généraleBad uneven seal on shed door at bottom. Rat poison dispensers and mouse glue traps on floor inside my assigned shed. Employee told me unit is not as temperature regulated as website claims. Also told me there was a flood at these units the week before & renters had to be called about it. Manager of facility absolutely refused to give me even a partial refund, even though I returned less than 24 hrs later to retrieve my stored items the very next day after renting the unit! I stood in front of employee who called their manager, and she did not even hesitate to say no to my refund request. The employee was aware that I was retrieving my stuff, but they marked my move out date almost a month later as a ploy to keep my money. I've trusted u-haul my entire life. (I'm in my 50's) but am utterly appalled and disappointed in this u-haul location and their lack of decency and professionalism!!!
THOMAS S | Expérience généraleRAT POISON TRAPS AND MOUSE GLUE TRAPS, A TOTAL OF 3 INSIDE THE UNIT I RENTED. NO SEAL AT BOTTOM OF ROLLING DOOR ON RIGHT SIDE UNDER LOCK AT DOOR LEVEL. I WAS TOLD THE UNITS AT THIS FACILITY HAD RECENTLY FLOODED. THIS STORAGE LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN UNITS IN THE ONLINE VIDEO. I WAS ASKED BY THE EMPLOYEE ON DUTY FOR MY LOCK CODEWORD ON THE $15 LOCK I HAD JUST PURCHASED. WHEN I TOLD HIM I FELT UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THAT HE SAID HE DID NOT HAVE TO HAVE IT. ALSO, I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION BY U-HAUL'S ONLINE ADVERTISEMENT THAT THESE UNITS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CLIMATE CONTROLLED. I WAS HOWEVER TOLD THAT THESE UNITS ARE SUSCEPTIBLE TO EXTREMES OF BOTH HEAT AND COLD. THE STUFF I PLANNED TO STORE WOULD HAVE BEEN AT RISK. I RETURNED THE FOLLOWING MORNING, THE DAY AFTER I HAD RENTED THIS UNIT, TO RETRIEVE MY ITEMS. I DID NOT FEEL THEY WERE SAFE THERE. I ASKED FOR A PARTIAL REFUND SINCE I HAD RENTED THIS UNIT FOR LESS THAN 24 HOURS, AND WAS REFUSED BY THE MANAGER THAT THE PERSON ON DUTY CALLED ON THE PHONE. I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH A REFUND FOR 3 WEEKS NOT USED, SINCE MY STUFF WAS THERE OVERNIGHT.
THOMAS S | Premières impressionsUnit had water leak and ants. Water leak was from the roof and not from the ground caused by storm. Seth, who filled in, was awesome and his knowledge, skills and customer and corporate focus were memorable and helped offset some other experiences.
Robert C | Expérience généraleWell, it has been quite an experience but store manager A was very helpful.
Robert C | Premières impressionsGreat staff, they are often very busy and yet they handle it gracefully.
Rodney M | Expérience généraleThe only issue I have is when removing my furniture, we noticed mice droppings on the sheets covering some of the furniture. Traps might be needed for all your units, or is that the renters responsibility ?
Darlene P | Expérience généraleGreat staff. Very helpful and friendly.
james c | Expérience généraleVery accommodating
terry h | Premières impressionsThere was some water laying inside the left front corner of the storage unit when the door was opened, but it was cleaned up quickly and I was provided with a large tarp to cover my furniture.
Darlene P | Premières impressionsIn spite of some unfortunate issues regarding our shipped uhaul boxes, that delayed their arrival, the uhaul managerial staff, esp Shane, Mary and Lewis were always professional and helpful!
Patrice O | Expérience généraleGreat service!
