Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLiterally you have raised the bar on storage for me!!!! If I ever need storage again it will have to be with you!!! for regular storage. (As in not taking boat or older trailers) I have never had a safer storage where I know my stuff was not messed with and I felt completely safe there a night by myself as a woman. Also everyone who works there made me feel valued and cared about!!!! Seriously I felt like this was what family should feel like! I would tell anyone who needs a storage to start with you I've had some horrible experiences with storage, and because of that I Hate storage. You have changed that for me. Thank you so much everyone on your team Deserves a Raise!!! Seriously thank you, .
shyanne m | Expérience généraleI had a very nice experience, reserving my U-Haul truck and a storage unit. The man that waited on me was very polite, helpful, and fast.
SHERRY W | Premières impressionsCustomer service was excellent, it was easy to get everything I needed for a great price
ALISHA P | Premières impressionsNo had bugs and roaches in the building
KEITH S | Expérience généraleOverall, the facility is very well maintained… But the lighting is terrible! The hallway my unit was in, had no lighting and there was no lighting inside the unit… It was pitch black
Susan M | Expérience généraleDusty made my U-Haul experience very easy and stress free! Great customer service
TAYLOR H | Premières impressionsThe women working at the facility are very professional… They made everything so easy!
Susan M | Premières impressionsElevator no longer required password to access. Also lights constantly flicker in 2nd floor landing, and store. Then the occupancy sensors on the floor constantly turn the lights off after only a few minutes. Not helpful when trying to load things on carts in the hallway or digging in the unit based on my experiences here. Hallways have tape, plastic, and wood debris laying around which makes carts get stuck often.
Dakota D | Expérience généraleVery nice modern building! Staff is nice every time I've encountered them.
Ashley B | Expérience généraleAlisha Maples is amazing!! Fantastic customer service. Facilities are clean, unloading and loading is easy with docks, carts available and a huge elevator!
