could not get into the building even after using my access code, Instructions for building access are very confusing because the entrance doesn’t have many signs as to where to go. Typed in my access code into keypad and it kept telling me i was denied.

Desiree V | Online Move InWas given a 20ft truck and a second floor unit. Could only access the second floor with a 10ft truck had to manually pull all of my items up a steep 40ft ramp manually which took 4 hours. Was told i would not receive any compensation for anything.

This location did not appear to have stairs inside so had to walk up the ramp to access the second story by foot. There was a garage door but not sure if we had access to it, didn't try it. This location you had to use 2 access panels to enter the building each time which was not explained.

Tracy W | Overall ExperienceI was overcharged for my haul truck and the storage facility sold me a defective letter lock, even though they had a key one available which they gave me when I returned about the defective one. I was told I had to pay a locksmith to cut the lock. It took so long to get serviced, I had to put the rest of my property at someone's house in order to return the truck on time.

JUDY N | First ImpressionsWalked in to get a unit where we could drive in and unload everything to the unit and it was a nightmare. I'm only giving 2 star rating because the guy at the counter was pretty nice . We got our card to swipe and went on out way. Showed up to the unit and could not get the garage door open. Walked into to facility as my vehicle is blocking traffic on the outside. Used the call box and to figure out why I couldn't get into the building and the lady first thing she said to me was you were supposed to get a clicker (garage door opener) well i wasnt issued one then she said we'll we are oit of them right now...why would you even being that up then? The she kept saying hit the yellow butting but there was no yellow butting to hit Because it was the emergency shut off button. As I'm trying to figure it out. I see another customer trying to get in the unit and she couldn't get in. I ran over to let her in. Finally figure out how to get the garage door open. Did all of that just to realize we were on the wrong side of the building. The other customer I let in was on the wrong floor and she couldn't get her stuff to the 2nd floor because there was NO ELEVATOR! ended up loading her stuff up into my truck and driving it up to the 2nd floor for her. Finally walked over to the fide where my unit it was in and couldn't drive up to it because the garage door was not even functioning. I literally drove my items over to another storage facility and getting the same size with easy access into the gate and driving my items into my unit. The employee should have been a bit more thorough with explaining the facility to the customers and giving them an option on renting since it is outdated and one garage door not functional to get to the your actual storage unit.
