Disappointed to see staff not wearing masks. Although it is no longer a state mandate, protecting your employees and customers should be a priority of your business until everyone in Montana who wants a vaccine can get vaccinated. Staff unwilling to walk me down to look a the units for rent.

Staff always helpful good customer service

Really easy process. Loved the convenient carts and the car pull in. Had some trouble figuring out how to sign in but eventually did. Seems super clean and secure. Really good price. Helpful staff.

Some of the staff are nice and some are downright hostile. When we checked in, we worked with Jill and she was great then we came back and she was extremely rude to my husband. He was having trouble gaining access and asked for help and she screamed at him, "oh ok! Let me just drop everything and help YOU!" in front of several other customers. We even did electronic check out because we didn't want to go inside. They are also VERY slow with every transaction.

The price is way too high and there is zero flexibility w people who r struggling. I was about to lose everything and I rented a truck from I guys which means a month free and u guys wouldn’t apply it because it had to be a new unit which is horrible because ur loyal customers should be somewhat of a priority.

The storage is good and secure. I have been renting storage since 2016, currently have one unit and added another. The only glitch was the display on the outdoor card reader was inoperable. You couldn't tell if the card had been read, and you were checked in or out. We set off the alarm twice because of that. First time that has ever happened. I hope it is fixed before I have to go back later in the week.

I can't express how terrific the staff is here. After a long road trip, I was treated like royalty, and with every contact I've had since. Thank you U-Haul! 5 STARS!!!

Easy access, easy online payment system, friendly staff and well priced for temp controlled space. We will definitely come back when needed! Tx!

Cleanest facility I have dealt with. Would suggest you pro-rate the dates left on the month if days are left in the month. You pro rate when we rent. If I need storage again I will most likely find one that pro-rates when i no longer need it.

NOT HAPPY!! NOT at all crazy about the trailer and tire issues and few other things we had the entire way from PA To MT super disappointed !!!! and not happy at all that there was no storage available in the size we needed, my suv is full and still full, we had to leave a few items there outside the storage and pray no one takes them. Your mainline of communications SUCKS! and no one got the messages from your calling center at 2:30 am and the the next morning when we call as we had been told they would make sure the store received the message and they would call us asap :( NO ONE CALLED!.I called again and finally someone from the actual store picked up. NOT HAPPY WITH UHAUL AT ALL!!!! The ppl in the facility were very nice . THATS it.

I always had issues with Uhaul in the past, but this operation was excellent. Good employees.

Often the bay doors were locked when we'd try to get in so we'd have to get them to open the doors. It was super annoying. The alarm going off if you were in there for any prolonged period was ridiculous.

I do not have a complaint with the facility, itself, or any of the staff. My complaint is 100% with the ridiculous reservation that was assured to me, but when I arrived, I was informed that the reservation is not an actual reservation, but it places you on a waiting list! I tried to call, but never received an answer...and was sent directly to the national number. I had driven from NYC to Kalispell, and had to find another place to store my things. REALLY NOT COOL.

The store-front/office was crawling with customers when I arrived. Every employee I encountered over the phone and in person were accommodating in every way. They were knowledgeable, helpful and nice. When I was there in person, I noticed how well they prioritized customers. For example, one gentleman helped me and I'm fairly certain he is not assigned to work in the office. The way I saw it, he observed how many customers were at the front desk and came in from somewhere in back to help out. He wasn't as quick navigating the computer as the women who are in the office all the time. He was pleasant and patient and persistent but a regular office worker came along to take over before he could complete my reservation. The best thing was that he didn't get nervous or crabby; he just plugged along, giving a lot of effort, and kept a pleasant tone. I witnessed impressive teamwork and positive attitudes. I could tell the employees like each other, are happy working with each other, and are good at tag-teaming to get the job done; at least that's how they seemed in front of me, Both the hiring process and training program appear thorough and must be working as intended (either that OR an excellent labor pool exists at this location). The inside office offers every moving supply you can possibly need. The coolest, most helpful feature for me was the model unit(s) inside so a renter can experience the exact size of available units. Supplying customers with identification cards for authorized users is a nice addition for security; I have yet to experience how it works and the implementation. Importantly, the outside facility is well-designed to account for excellent water run-off. This is convenient location and egress is much safer now with the traffic light. The only improvement I can think of is the toll-free number. The menu options could be made a little more clear; I found myself frustrated with figuring out what number to select a few times.
