I was treated unfairly and targeted by Rhonda and her staff who were taking their jobs personally on matters that wasn’t in my control nor my doing. She violated my rights as a customer and violated the agreement that governed the agreement of our business relationship. For this I intend to pursue all legal remedies available to me in regards to this.

DAVID S | First ImpressionsMy truck was stolen out of their place and the out going gate was broken. The chain was broken. I was back there several hours later telling them the police would be contacting them and the gate was still broken. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING THERE YOU CARE ABOUT. I was paying them 400 dollars a month for a gated secure place. With the only people who have access is paying customers. NOPE I was lied too. Metro has the police report.
