The new manager is not friendly, courteous or knowledgeable of what is going on. She double charged my credit card when it should have been a credit. Now I am the one that has to deal with her mistake. I will not recommend this place due to her and the cost.

This is a complete fabrication. I’ve never even spoken to an employee at this facility in person. The only interaction I have had with an employee here was the initial phone conversation to set up the rental. I am absolutely dissatisfied with how this facility handled my concerns. I professionally expressed concerns about them having rats at this facility via and I was accused of being rude.

Fred/Karen K | Expérience généraleHi, my overall experience was good. However, I believe you have a rat problem. When we moved out of your storage facilities we had multiple items destroyed by RATS- baby crib, office chair, high chair, 1 mattress and a few other items.

I have had problems with automatic payments previously. I enjoy paying in person. Due to this change we moved out earlier than we had planned. Besides this change we have had a great experience at Lake Lavon Storage.
