Raises rent all the time. There was a guy manager in the office awhile back he was rude and didn't want to help he gave off the vibe just get out.

Vicky A | Overall ExperienceEverything was great. Convenient location for me, very clean and well maintained. Awesome client control and very helpful staff. Will use them again in a heartbeat for any future storage needs.
Bernard B | Overall ExperienceGood experience for a first time user of storage unit. The facility had access to outlets that enable us to provide extra lighting inside the storage unit. Access to large and secure bays were clean and several push carts available. However, when it came to backing in a U-Haul trailer by an inexperienced driver posed a challenge. Having a “drive through” bay for future storage buildings would be a nice feature. Overall we would use and recommend this storage unit in the future. Thanks for being there!

BARBARA B | Overall ExperienceStaff was regularly unavailable during business hours, promised call backs never happened, manager was unreachable even by U-Haul corporate.im not sure what the manager does, but it’s clear he doesn’t run the location. To top it off, they made up policies that were not consistent with corporate policies or values. I would not recommend this facility to anyone and would actively steer people away from giving this location their business.
