Michael N | First ImpressionsI paid for a month and the guy in the office told me I would get a credit for the time I didn’t use when I check out since I only used 12 days of the last month of rental. When I checked out I asked what the refund was and the same guy said oh we don’t give refunds for the over payment. So I paid for 3 weeks I’m not using the storage. Good to see uhaul will double dip on a storage unit and take my three weeks then make the next person pay for 3 weeks I already paid for. I guess that’s how they give people a month free with a truck rental. Rip off. Will never use again.

SHILOVE J | First ImpressionsOwner was very friendly and helpful, walked me to the unit and showed me how to get in. The web experience wasn't totally clear. It didn’t really explain what to do now that you’ve paid. It provided an access code that wasn’t needed and wasn’t clear that you still needed to check in and get an access card in the front office.
