Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDidn't affect my stuff, but noticed the wall wasnt sealed to the ground in the back, so rain could come inside on the ground. Beyond that, the unit was great.

I had hired movers and they had to wait around till the area was cleared. Due to their wait, I Had to pay an extra $40. Knowing there was a reserv for that unit moving in that day, that area should have been cleared and ready for our use!

CARLA C | Premières impressionsThe guy at the uhaul place was awesome - but good thing they were open when I arrived, because the access info I was given was completely incorrect. There is no gate, no keypad next to my unit, and no lockbox with a keypad to get into the unit. They got me in and took great care of me, but if I had shown up when they were closed with my U-Haul full of stuff, I would have been screwed.
