The staff here is excellent. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. The entire facility is sparkling clean. It could not have been a better experience.

Following the tornado, it was great to have a place to store my belongings until I found house. I felt relieved and appreciative for the free unit during my time of financial and emotional crisis. THANK YOU!

Very very good

The manager Tiffany was incredibly rude to me. She costed me an extra 1.5hrs on my move. When we originally came to the property with true friends, she said we were fine where we were. After the first hour, she was rude to my movers and me. She kept making them move the truck after my time had started. I understand the stresses of being a GM is being one myself, but that doesn't give the manager the right to yell and be rude to a customer that respectfully asks a question. Then she hangs up on me and refuses to give me a way to speak to her supervisor and continued to hang up on me for about 5-10 min. I mean she was incredibly rude. I will never use this location ever again. I don't understand why she was making my truck move all morning because she wasn't doing that on the night we moved in. I had to wait almost 2hrs to move in. That manager Tiffany needs some in depth customer service and anger management training. One of her associates even stated to me yesterday that Tiffany was going through a lot but it doesn't excuse the way she's been acting. I can't refer anyone I know to this location. If I do, they would act out after dealing with her.

I just wana say thank you very much ! I appreciate uhaul as a company and this particular location for being there and helping me and my family with not only 1 but 2 units during my struggles after my home was hit and destroyed by the tornado ,if it wasnt for the kindness that yall have offered and presented I wouldn't have had a place for anything .I did manage to salvage some stuff I was able to save more than I had expected ! So i again appreciate everything !

You guys were so great. Having just went through a tornado and not knowing what to do, you guys helped me get a storage unit and were the absolute friendliest staff In the midst of pure chaos. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity. It helped relieve me of an immense amount of stress.

Parking is an issue.

I have a lot to say but I’ll run out of room. The parking and unloading area is so very inadequate, making the experience unbearable. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul and would not recommend any Nashville TN U-Haul Storage to anyone. I have spoken to customer service about my experience with everything including the fact that the original facility in Nashville did not have a unit available for me even though I had a reservation and she saw it in the computer. I was there with a 26 foot truck and hired movers to empty it. She said there was nothing she could do and told me to try to get one at UHaul on Fesslers. I moved from 580 miles away and had to scramble to find a place to store my things. Costumer service offered a $30 gift certificate to use for any UHaul product or service.

All of the staff was kind and provided the information to enter, exit and all questions asked. I could have rented at another facility for less money but I have always had a good experience with U Haul and now using them for my storage in my new home state of Nashville.

Not enough parking

Very polite, Helpful, and Professional Above All!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful! They explained clearly what the check-in procedures were and what we needed to do to pick up our things in the future. The provided dolly/flat beds were very helpful. We had a great experience while moving our things in!

You need to have more flat carts available for moving (although to be fair, no one expected the tornado to wipe so many people out in Nashville). Also, it's better to explain that you have to swipe in TWO places to check out properly. But otherwise it's good.

This U-Haul self storage center let us store our stuff here for a month free so we could get back on our feet after the tornado. They were so nice and accommodating. We are truly blessed for uhaul during this time!

Though the lobby was busy because of the disaster, the staff was still able to be optimistic and helpful.

Most phenomenal staff ever

Staff was super friendly and walked me through the whole process. It was my first storage rental after a move and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. The 2 ladies who were working when I came in were both amazing. It was the end of the month and the place was packed with returns, rentals, locks having to be cut off, etc. I had reserved a unit that was way too small for what I had to store. They got me in the perfect sized unit and walked me through everything. Kudos to uhaul for hiring such amazing people! I was in hospitality management for over 20 years and the way these employees handled every situation in a super timely and professional manner was beyond impressive. I highly recommend this location!
