Added bonus to me: complimentary lock, and clear email with storage number and gate access code. Only downside: there was a promise of "first month free" with rental of truck, though the storage was needed earlier so I booked them separately. I was never asked whether the two were linked or whether I had rented a truck too, so my guess is that first free month of storage went nowhere.

MICHELLE O | First ImpressionsI'm feeble these days, I guess, so it would be lovely if there were a better set of gentle ramps at both doors of building K, as it is difficult for me to get over those bumps. The left-hand door of building K also possibly sticks and has sometimes been too difficult for first-time users of building K doors. A woman who has been with you longer than I kindly helped me, and I have prevailed since then, PRAISE GOD. Thank you for asking. Bless you all for the sake of God's holy one, according to scripture, as a bruised reed he would not break. I love him and don't want to break a bruised reed. Come!

Stacey B | First ImpressionsAccess code given to me does not work. Site manager was not able to help. Went to the office was given the general managers number sent her a message still waiting on a response. I work overnight so it’s hard for me to communicate/move in during the day.
Idey A | Online Move InMy storage unit wasn't lighting up unless I walked all the way to the end of the hallway. Don't recall ever being told I couldn't access my storage past a certain time. Often times when I call the office, no one answers, I just get forwarded to Customer Service which is not always able to help.
