I couldn't move in because the facilities were so heavily fragrant from either air fresheners or cleaners. I got a migraine within minutes of walking in. There was no way I was storing my stuff in there. Also, I got ripped off on the 10x15 rental. It's a 9x15 with ductwork obliterating the use of one wall. Deceptive. The sales associates were friendly and helpful but the computer system is a disaster and many people were walking in having reservation issues. I hoped UHaul would be better in Ithaca than Austin, but it's not.

I had to ask the convenience store personnel next door where to find the office as it was not labeled from the environmentally controled building. When pointed to the office, there was no one available during "open" facility hours. While there was a managers phone number posted, there was not any indication of appropriate times to call or if somone was onsite and returning in a few minutes. Coming and going over a dozen times during "open" hours there never was an indication that anyone was onsite.
