The facility was extremely dirty, as well as overrun with bugs- both dead and alive. There were dead bugs all over the floors in the hall, which hadn’t been cleaned or swept. Inside the storage unit, there were many bugs actively crawling on my tubs. This location could use some maintenance. Also, we couldn’t get the 24 hour access to work despite typing in my code on multiple attempts. I also noted several others there as well that we’re having the same issue.

I wish the air conditioning in the building where the units are located on the first floor was as strong as it is in the main customer service office area. It felt like a sauna in the building where my unit was located. I almost passed out several times.

george k | Overall ExperienceWhen I first got there to check into my unit no one walked with me to make sure it was up to par. After realizing it looked like someone had tried to use a crow bar to get into my unit I had to ask them to change the locking mechanism. Even the employee who helped me was shocked no one walked with me to my unit to make sure it was good to go. There were always bugs in the hallway and it was supposed to be climate controlled but it was always incredibly hot inside. The employees were friendly for the most part and I appreciate the easy checkout.

I liked receiving the emails to inform me of the electronic payments received each month. Overall, my experience was excellent. If I need a storage facility in the future, I will use U-Haul.
