DJ was professional and friendly. Took his time to explain things to me when I first got the unit and made sure I had the correct lock for the unit. I ran into him a couple of times when he was performing his walk throughs while I was at my unit and he was friendly. The facility was clean and secure. I would highly recommend this facility.

Rodney C |  Expérience générale Zack was most helpful. He swept out the new unit and replaced the slider bar on the door. The door still needs extra help to be opened. It must be pulled forward a bit so that the bae goes into the slot on the door runner. It is nice to have a person there to talk to when you go there. Why are the doors open on the ends of the buildings. I feel that is still a security problem. Please thank Zack again for helping me.
GERALDINE G |  Expérience générale My unit was next to a dirt pile and dirt got into my unit. The roof of that unit leaked which lead to my belongings to get damaged. I had told the guy at the office and he suggested to move me into a different unit. That wouldn't solve the leaking and dirt getting into the unit for the next person. Plus the rent kept getting raised and with someone who is only getting social security, I had to get out of there. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
MARLENE P |  Expérience générale Well since I never moved into my storage unit, I never paid for it and I wanted my refund back $20 that I never got you guys keep ignoring me and you just kept my $20 when I never moved into the storage unit I’m gonna give you all over social media that you guys are and thieves until I get my money back plus 45 bucks for the time I have to waste sending this message and driving to the place again to again talk to someone in person. Worst place ever, try hiring more mature people and learn to train them better what a joke this kid was.
