I asked a lot of questions before renting to make sure I would be happy there and I'm so glad I did. Brian was always helpful anytime I had questions. He even helped me with a mice issue and was honest and accommodating. He helped me remove them and offered to supply future prevention. I do think there should be restrooms in the office for staff and customers during office hours. I also think that there should be a dumpster on site (with monitoring and rules). I would definitely rent from this location again. It was very convenient and a great experience for me.

ed R | Overall ExperienceThe guy running the storage was nice. He helped me out when I needed my lock removed and replaced (for a fee, but still). Canceling once my unit was cleared out was easy. There was some confusion in the beginning. I thought my unit was on auto payment since I gave him a credit card to have on file. I shouldn’t have assumed because I received fees for late payment. Once I confirmed I’d like to be on autopay, everything was smooth. The location was convenient and clean. I rented a moving truck a couple times and that was smooth, as well.
