When I first got my storage unit I was paying 100.00 … I am homeless right now and finances were rough as it was I paid them in time every month… one time I was late on a payment and I called the store for nobody to answer the phone, they sent me to the answering service I asked to make a payment arrangement for a week late and that never went through , after that they raised my unit to 175.00, which was unreasonable for the size of the unit that I had.. and then it went up to 240.00… I went in ad removed my things, after that they were still trying to bill me when I was no longer using one of their units, I called the store 4 different times to inform them that I was no longer there and nobody was ever there to answer the phone.. again I was sent to the answering service for them to not be helpful at all… I called another location for them to tell me that they are notorious for not answering their phones… I will 1000% not recommend this company to anybody looking for storage…

LINDA H | First ImpressionsYou get charged a fee for 24 hr access & you advertise 24 hr access, my account didn't have that until the day i moved out, you get charged a fee for every convenience, which isn't exactly affordable. There are certain employees who don't do certain parts of the job (ie removing uhual's locks) & then they are rude when you go into office to get removed & the locks are put on if you are 1 day late, there is no grace period like @ most storage places. Trying to get a hold of someone in the office is next to impossible. & I moved out on the 7th. I didn't get a refund for the last 23 days of the month.

DANIELLE C | First ImpressionsPlease be careful when reserving online, there are more than one U-Haul located on Pole Line Rd. 3945 Pole Line on the corner of Quinn is my favorite location. I have rented trucks several times from them and they made my moving experience a lot easier. I want to Thank the manager (sorry I can't remember his name) and all his staff for helping me.

Rachel W | Overall ExperienceThe facility and staff were / are first class: *but* ~ (personal opinion only) ~ the storage fees seemed to escalate quickly. That, & the ridiculous charges for local vehicle rentals - I wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY store or rent unless it was short term or a dire emergency.

Chelsie R | Overall ExperienceDespite my ratings of convenient hours and helpful staff, I am only basing that on the rare occasions I had contact with staff and/or was in the office/lobby. There were many times I was attempting to locate a staff associate, and none to be found. I would call the office number while I was in the building and still no answer. It was rare that I was there outside of business hours, mostly because the code I was given didn't give me access into the building. Other than those issues, the storage facility itself was well kept and nice.
