When we first arrived to pick up the truck we reserved. We were told the person before us extended their time so there was no trucks available for us…. The news sucked but the lady was so helpful to find us other trucks near by and arrange a different pick up. As we waited someone came by and dropped off their truck. By a miracle that was the exact size we reserved initially. The 5 stars is for this location, everyone was so helpful and I would have still given 5 stars even if we had to go somewhere else just because she and everyone else was so helpful.

Absolutely the beat experience! All our needs were met. We didn't even know all that U-haul offered! Lisa and Big were AMAZING, friendly and helpful. I have never used UHaul, but we will be customers for life! THANKS PROVO TEAM
