We had a hard time to rent the storage they told us we could do it online which we couldn’t. We had to go to a store on round rock Avenue the gentleman there. It was very helpful but our gate code access that we chose did not work, nor did the card tried to call to fix that. Could not give us a temp code to use. Also closed out our storage. We no longer need it. They cannot find my account anywhere. Did not show that we even rented the storage unit which would’ve been a problem because if someone would have rented our unit.out They could have thrown all of our stuff out, not knowing how to contact us, and not knowing that we had already rented it beside the round rock Avenue actual store everything else was horrible not convenient at all
Adam D | Overall ExperienceI could not get to my storage when I was moving. They did not set me up for 24 hours. So after I had rented a box truck and I could not get to my storage it just started a snow ball of events that turned into me owing $1300 for the truck. If I would have been able to get into storage I would only owe $150 for the truck so not very happy. I was told it was 24 hours. Actually mabey I need to sue you all.

There was one woman that was nice and took a trash bag but the other guy on the phone wouldn’t let me bring a couple pieces of cardboard and one trash bag so then I really had it with the place. Hated to see the other old guy leave

Nelson D | First ImpressionsThe Storage complex PRIOR to UHAUL Purchasing it was not a well run / organized business... it's changed hand 3x in the last year. Currently with ALL the work, Safety Upgrades, cameras and the UHAUL Representative/ Manager Nikki, the complex is NOW more than 75% better than before! Having someone to assist via phone is a Great Resource. 👍 And FINALLY the climate control building is working! Thank you, Nikki, fir overseeing the Excellent changes UHAUL has installed! Please keep the Rental costs reasonable so I/we can continue using the new/ updated Storage Complex!!
