Clear upfront pricing would be appreciated. Bill was much higher than the $70-$75 estimate. Office was closed when truck was returned. Upon returning the next day, I was told that I actually owed a balance for being over the 20 mile estimate. I have no money to pay balance due or the people who helped with the move, until I get paid again on Nov. 3rd.

Then again when i closed the account, they deactivated the gate code to the gate while i was still inside! And again, it was difficult to contact the manager to tell her i was locked inside! Attendent was very apologetic, but still very frustrating.
