The rent I was given was to be lower because there were no small units available. I was supposed to have free lockout service, too. I live 13 hours away and had the unit for six years. When someone new took over I got slammed with higher rent and the rude people in the office wouldn’t even hear me out when I tried to explain. Then when I flew into town unplanned I didn’t have my key and they would not cut off my lock. I had to have a locksmith come after hours on a weekend. Ridiculous.
