CLAUDIA R | Overall ExperienceMy move out date was 12/6/23 !!!! They drafted my account on 12/4/23, so I paid $80 for the entire month of December & the unit was emptied on the 6th... I reached out about a refund but no one wants to answer that question or call me back!!
gina c | Overall ExperienceI have to use a unit often.... The unit leaked and ruined half of my stuff, which is extremely expensive, then because I was moving out, got slapped with a lock and had to pay another month! With a late fee! I've used Terry's 3 times but never again!
