In fact when it came time to move into my own place I called down to U haul to inquire about help moving and the U haul employee offered to help me. They even drove the truck, that's amazing customer service. I opted for climate controlled storage where the target temperature (around 70°F) is maintained year round so it doesn't matter what the temperature is outside I know my property is secure and dry. I just moved out in mid August when the temperature outside approaches 100°F here in the Columbia River Gorge. The air conditioned space makes life so much more comfortable when searching for some specific items, sorting belongings and when moving in or out. Also being able to handle almost everything online made this experience super convenient and easy. Thank you U-haul in The Dalles. I would recommend them for their convenient location, competitive pricing, the availability of trucks and trailers just right there and the indoor air conditioned space. Locally it's hard to beat. Thank you.
