Five stars hardly seem enough! In all my decades of moving, I have never encountered a nicer, more organized, knowledgeable, or helpful staff than the team at U-Haul in The Dalles. The cleanliness and care they take in their work stand out, and their kindness made a stressful move so much easier. This team sets the standard for outstanding customer service. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience—you have my wholehearted recommendation!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI am not happy that I am forced to use your lock on my unit. How can I have confidence that you are not using a master key to get access into my unit. In the future i will be using another storage facility that allows me to use my own lock.
Nick D | Déménagement en ligneGreat location, very clean facility and pleasant and helpful staff. Highly recomend
Laurie E | Expérience généraleGreat facility, I felt my belongings were safe and I greatly appreciate the effort the staff went to ensuring my items were safe.
Joe T | Expérience généraleI really enjoyed my experience with all the staff and the units were perfect for my needs.
Melissa W | Expérience généraleOverall great experience, zero issues. In fact when it came time to move into my own place I called down to U haul to inquire about help moving and the U haul employee offered to help me. They even drove the truck, that's amazing customer service. I opted for climate controlled storage where the target temperature (around 70°F) is maintained year round so it doesn't matter what the temperature is outside I know my property is secure and dry. I just moved out in mid August when the temperature outside approaches 100°F here in the Columbia River Gorge. The air conditioned space makes life so much more comfortable when searching for some specific items, sorting belongings and when moving in or out. Also being able to handle almost everything online made this experience super convenient and easy. Thank you U-haul in The Dalles. I would recommend them for their convenient location, competitive pricing, the availability of trucks and trailers just right there and the indoor air conditioned space. Locally it's hard to beat. Thank you.
