This particular location was above excellent. I've been too many uhaul in different cities, locations, and state. This 855 E Broadway supercede my expectations. Thank you Traci, Damon and Jay for excellent service
MARY C. | Overall ExperienceFast, friendly, convenient and extremely helpful. The only thing that I would change is having 24-hour access to the automatic doors at the storage unit. And I would also suggest that the sales associate be able to give you an accurate pricing which was not available to me when I rented the unit. I got a free storage unit but sales associate didn't know how much the difference was from 24-hour access to only being able to get in while someone was there. I would recommend and you U Haul again. I rented a U-Haul truck from Clarksville Tennessee facility and my rental experience from there was outstanding I couldn't have asked for more friendly sales associate the facility was impeccable and I would highly highly recommend anybody to rent from that facility
dale s. | First ImpressionsI paid $230 to get the things out of my unit for 24 hours. The next day the staff said i didnt pay..chased my car down and tried to open my door and continued to chase me thru the parking lot calling me a thief and saying i didnt pay ...i feared for my safety
