EUGENE H | Overall ExperienceThe place is clean and the rates are reasonable, but the office staff isn't very knowledgeable. When I opened an account, the information was entered incorrectly and I was overcharged. Later, when I stopped by the office to ask a question, the staff person was sitting outside, talking on the phone, and didn't see me walk past her and enter the office. I had to go back outside and get her attention. When I closed the account, the computer died and needed rebooting twice. Once it was finally running, I had to tell the person at the counter how to access the reservation software, as well as help her navigate it. I was owed a refund for the last month's rent, but was told the only person who could do that was on vacation and that I would have to ask again later. They are very nice and accommodating there. They just maybe need to train their desk staff a bit better. And invest in new office equipment.

There weren’t enough trees in the area to cool it off in the summer and In the winter there were gutters right outside the units which I imagine they’ll be a lot of mice and rats during the winter. Too expensive especially for these older factors.
