PAMELA R | Expérience généraleErika was the best, not only she was very friendly, she was very helpful. Erika worked hard in that place. I'd seen her washing and scraping the unit whenever someone move out. Erika was the reason why I'd stay in that place. I even tell people that has unit at the storage zone to move their stuff at uhaul storage because of convenience. I say this because I came from the storage zone on Russell PKWY and that property manager there was very mean. She was not nice at all & when I moved to uhaul storage on watson BLVD was so stress free specially after I've met Erika. She has a good customer service quality & people like her. The person next to my unit talk about Erika all the thime. Erika would listen with your concern about your safety. I would recommend people to use that facility as long as Erika still working there. Erika always understand what your need. Sometimes she would recommend what size of the truck you needed to load your stuff. Erika knows her job.
