Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy stuff got stolen. Told by the owner, âoh that happens a lot, my cameras got struck by lightening. Went back 4 months later camera were still in their boxes!!! Owner is not trust worthy. Never go here!

WILBUR H | âExpĂ©rience gĂ©nĂ©raleâI was charged FOUR months of rent upon moving in. When I called to ask for an explanation, no one answered. I left a voicemail and my call wasnât returned. Luckily my credit card company took care of it and I was only charged one month. Additionally, when I moved in I was told my unit was âaccidentallyâ rented out and online reservations are no longer valid. I was âluckyâ and got the âonlyâ unit left which was not by the office and didnât seem secure in the least! Thereâs not gated access and anyone can come and go as they please. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

I apologized and updated the information. He could have just closed our account, sold our stuff, but he was so nice about it and was concerned if we were ok! I would recommend T-N-T every time!!
