Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAfter I moved my things out of the unit , I told the staff and was later charged after staff put a lock on a empty unit then charged me another month's rent and 50 dollars to cut off their own lock they put on the unit a month after I moved out ..
EADBURT T | Expérience généraleI applied for a job a couple months ago because the manager Matt told me to and the Nicole bookkeeper through, threw away my résumé and didn’t give it to him when I went to rent the storage unit from when I found out it’s very upsetting. Just trying to get my life back on track and save my house and they just treat me like a mental case that just got ran over by my wife after 20 years. This world doesn’t care about people that are going through a hard time. They just look at them like they’re complaining but today on the phone with Michelle and it was a real pleasure thank you Michelle for all your help and Darius. You guys are great to me thank you and shout out to Cherie in corporate office. I’ll never forget you and what you did for me?! thank you so much. Hope you guys have a wonderful life.!
ADAM P | Expérience généraleParking access is not convenient.
Timothy N | Expérience généraleGreat
Victoria B | Premières impressionsThe folks here were fantastic. My only issue was that the storage unit was only 6' high vs. 8' which 8" is what was stated when I booked. The back door was super helpful for unloading the truck into the storage unit, because it was raining a lot. The asfault leading into the back door was rather rough. Over all great experience, THANK YOU!!
Sharlene Q | Premières impressionsFriendly folks, clean facility, nice restroom
Craig S | Expérience généraleEstuve tres años utilizando el almacenamiento y por los últimos 4 días me cobraron completo el mes hubiera sido una atención no cobrar por los últimos dias
FREY O | Expérience généraleBesides all of the possible entry ways and exits always being blocked by uhaul trucks, Working with Daniel after the sudden unexpected passing of my mother, he was really accommodating in this difficult time and allowed me to collect the belongings that belonged to my mother free of charge and that meant a lot to me. Now if only the uhaul location off 3900 s would honor their word, and do the same for another storage unit my mother had. It would be great. But as of now, I stand to lose all of the belongings in that location which includes family albums and personal items.
Kim C | Expérience généraleThe gentleman that checked me into one of the lovely storage units was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process quick and easy with no hassle.
JEFF S | Premières impressionsThe only downside to this location is parking a trailer near the roll up door. There’s not much room.
KEITH B | Expérience généraleMy experience with staff at this facility was the feeling of being bothered by any question or interaction. I have not received my invoice by email for rental by email which they stated to my son that they would send it to me same day. I was also charged for a storage unit that vacated on 9/29/23. I still haven’t received my refund.
Genevieve V | Expérience généraleThe prices a for storage are expensive compactor other storages in the area that are larger.
Genevieve V | Premières impressionsThe staff was informative and thorough in the transaction
