Christopher M | Déménagement en ligneI like it the employees are very friendly I would tell anybody to go there that I know that needs to put something there and it is very clean
ANTIONETTE S | Expérience généraleThank you to a team making do in several locations!! Felt like my business was imprtant to them. Even ran into facility attendant lady who was helpful and kind… and Joseph was so helpful and patient as I had learn how to use the darn lock correctly. Well done all!!
Christy S | Expérience généraleGreat place to store stuff!! There was a gentleman there that helped me with a cart. The last day i was loading up the last of my belongings the two ladies working were so friendly and welcoming! I will always choose U-haul Storage at this location!! Great job guy!
BRIANA C | Expérience généraleThe facilities and staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and to establish that I was well taken care of in my transition. Thank you very much.
LOUIS P | Expérience généraleI never had anyone in the office which would have been nice the day I moved out.
Michelle V | Expérience généralethank you for all you do. The facility has always been clean clean and looks very well maintained and i believe it truly is. this particular facility I have gone to early in the morning say like 1 o’clock because I have a hard time with the heat during the day at this point I’m getting more used to the area but sometimes I just come later so I don’t pass out I’m kidding but kinda kidding. i will be at your facility tomorrow and i will check hours of operation. I would be willing to pay extra to have 24 hour access. I did that at the facility up in Washington Tacoma, Washington but thank you for all you do. I appreciate it. Thank you.
Marc A | Expérience généraleYour software kept me taking pictures and pictures and pictures your customer service rep tried to help me over the phone but constantly I was not able to get into my unit it late at night and therefore had to leave everything just on this basically on the street until I could get in the next day it was a absolute Nightmare and you should look at the notes from the customer service person and she'll show that thank you
kim c | Premières impressionsThank you 🙏

MANUEL S | Expérience généraleYour manager Joseph is amazing and I will be forever greatful to him for everything he did for my children and I . The best customer service this man went above and beyond. Thank you Joseph and u haul. If your looking for the best storage facility in Yuma look no further this is the one you want !! I never give glowing reviews this is really the best!!!!!
Patricia K | Expérience générale~ The only issue I had was the amount of time lighting timer was set, 15 minutes, then lights go off while one is in unit, can create(has done)a very dangerous situation for a(anyone)disabled senior, veteran, to have to go out to walkway to trigger motion sensor controlling lights!
