The guy said he'd charge us 277, but then instead charged us 377. Then he tried to charge us for gas even though we had proof we filled it to the correct amount. I would never recommend this location to anyone, the whole experience with him was poor.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWas very small convenience store difficult to talk face to face. I saw sign in truck bay for $25 back if truck bay cleaned and swept out and blankets folded neatly. That was done, as well as I put more than enough gas when I returned it-no rebate or credit noted at least not at this time
Jenn SThe truck I rented had roaches in it. I will be reporting that to corporate.
TAMMY EI rented a 20’ truck and when we picked up the truck it had 2 dents in it and a hole in the windshield. The man at the counter never went to the truck and inspected it with us before we took it and then argued with us when we returned it because they said it started out with more gas in it than it actually had. When we refused to put gas in it, they put 4 gallons of gas in it when we put 14 total miles on the truck for the move. Most of that was picking up and returning the truck. There is no way 14 miles took up 4 gallons of gas. They charged me $29.87 for 4 gallons of gas. What a rip off!
Gabrielle PIt took over 30 minutes to get the truck. The counter man had to call a supervisor and ultimately found the keys in the box outside. The truck was not cleaned out. The blankets and dolly ordered were not in the truck. I had to pick up at another Uhaul. I was late getting to the move location and the movers we hired were waiting on me.
