Uhaul charged me $8.00 for a 'safe tow', when I had previously rejected that, as I already have insurance for trailers. I'm not happy about that. But that's not the franchisee's fault.

VICTOR AForgive me....I think it was Tyler....or maybe Taylor I spoke to. (I wrote it down however, it's with my cousins moved things!) I also had an excellent experience with the U-Haul drop-off location. Tyler was knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Before returning the trailer, I needed to call because our family required it a little longer than originally planned. Tyler clearly explained the extension process, answered all of my questions, and immediately put my mind at ease. What stood out most was his patience and kindness. After our conversation, a family member called with additional questions because I had not explained everything correctly. Tyler took the time to walk through the details again, ensuring everyone understood exactly how the extension worked. He was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Customer service like this makes a difference, especially during a stressful move. The return process was smooth, and Tyler's knowledge, clear communication, and willingness to help turned what could have been a complicated situation into an easy one.
