I have kidney failure and while renting the vehicle I ended up in the hospital twice and didn't return the truck on time. Denise at Acton Motors was excellent and ended up not charging me extra for overage which was very kind as it wasn't on them to do so.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCup holders were very dirty, probably some spill. That shouldn't be the case. Otherwise, very good. Also, I have been charged for 50 km that I had to drive because the original uhaul location in Kitchener didn't have the vehicle. I called later and have been told that they are going to return the money, but that shouldn't happen at the first place. Note should have been put that I had to go there instead of them providing vehicle at the original location. Also, I paid for fuel for that 50 km that I had to drive, and lost almost 3 hours when going to pick it up

SCOTT SFriendly staff on site, quick to pickup & drop off truck, vehicle was in good condition. Over filled the tank a bit but they gave me a credit off the bill for it.
Andy NEnsure there’s a full tank of fuel when the truck gets picked up. Fortunately, I drove less than 5 miles. When I picked up the truck, the fuel tank was almost empty. With any other company I rent from, the fuel tank is always full when I pick it up. I always return it full as is to be expected.
