Car almost new but a little dirty. You can keep better clean the cars to conserve them in optimal conditions.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des aviscanwood location is great; roadside dr. location is a dump and back of vehicle was dirty as hell.
AVI BHave more employees designated to the U-Haul portion of the business. I waited 40 minutes to get the truck I needed. I almost canceled because I was on a timeline.
Andrew GThis was the worse experience ever. I wanted to return to where I picked up, but I was forced to return to this location. There was no U-Haul sign, no other vehicles, and nobody there to accept my return at 12:30 pm a Saturday. Not only that, this location lied to the local U-haul traffic office claiming I put a lock on the gate and said they couldn’t find keys when they know damn well I didn’t put a lock on tailgate and I put keys in drop box. Then 4 days later they charged me $147 fraudulently because they didn’t check it in until the following Thursday. I call local traffic office to complain and I’m still waiting for them to work it out and refund me. Thank god I called on Saturday to tell the traffic office I returned the rental cause I knew something felt shady and off. This is not a good or honest location. I wouldn’t let them have a U-Haul there. They hurt the brand. Sorry for this review, but this wasn’t cool.
MATTHEW MI found the people who run this location terrific on every level. But it's oddly hard to find.
