My pickup time was at 9:00 am 5/9/25. I was there before 9, and it wasn't open. i made contact with someone, and they arrived around 9:15 or 9:20. Then she had to do paperwork so i finally left there around 9:45. I had to be at my moving location and out by 12 noon.

Very easy to drop off the trailer. The Lady Amanda., was very nice and Business like.
Steven SDiscuss truck return process with client. Was given a return location in Carrollton, GA which was closed on the weekends. I found a different location that was open 24 hours and returned the truck at that location. Was not informed of after hours drop off process.
JAMES MI arrived after 4:30pm so the mini storage was closed. I called the number and the woman who answered directed me to where to leave the trailer and told I could check-in via mobile app or she would check me in when they opened the next morning. Very helpful.
