Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhile the staff there did their best to accommodate us and help with the check-in process, including using a direct line to customer support, it took an unusual 30 minutes to get the vehicle out of the lot. This place was unfortunately apparently not well prepared for the rental.
Ryan HMikes Corvallis Bargain Center was amazing. The negative impact to my experience was mainly from the online ordering process. My wife filled out the rental form, and the only extra we wanted was an appliance dolly. When we picked up, there were also 2x orders for packs of moving blankets/pads. I didnt know they were not intended to be on the order, and initially forgot to drop them back off (unopened) with the truck at the return. I returned with them later in the day, and still have yet to see the return of $106 charged for them. Also, we were charged an additional hold of $54 for a late return, which the rentals are supposed to be a 24 hour/1Day rental, and the equipment was returned within that time frame.
Jeremy HDifficult to pick up the vehicle. The person at the local business didn’t know what to do. Someone had to drive over to meet me and help. I had to wait for an hour in the hot gravel hot before I could leave with my vehicle. I also didn’t do the check in myself, so I didn’t know the “agreed upon” amount of gas I should leave the vehicle with, and got charged $80 just for gas. This wasn’t a good experience at all.
