PATRICK MNo way of getting equipment any earlier, I know I made reservation last minute (the day before). Storage places are always a toss up of it could be good or it could be bad. Not only had to wait until exactly 9:00am but the manager at the site has internet issues.
DONAHUE CIt appeared that we had bothered the person on shift. I was left to back the trailer in to an unknown location with no assistance. It was a difficult task. No friendly greeting upon entrance and then advised to follow and no direction. The guy just walked off to the back with comment to back in. Staff need a customer service training.
