I ordered 12 packing quilts with my reservation. I received confirmation that they were included in the rental. The counter representative stated that they do not provide quilts, and U-Haul should have not included them in the reservation. He stated that U-Haul does not support items of this kind with reservations. He politely removed the charge from the invoice. The vehicle was not checked in with the correct amount of fuel. He politely adjusted the invoice after a "walk-a-round" actually looking at the fuel gauge. Regardless, I incurred a 30-minute delay in departure.

Chris FThe equipment and location was fine. Your website however in my opinion needs work. For instance. Why do you take card information in the middle of your application? Card information to me should always be the last part of your application. I consider anything else slightly deceitful.
